Personal information
Monique Zweers was born in 1970 in Berg en Dal, the Netherlands. She moved to Amsterdam to study Human Movement Sciences at the VU University Amsterdam. She obtained her Master’s Degree of Science in 1995.
After working as a projectmanager at several sportfederations, as the head of the Education Office at the Faculty of Human Movement Sciences at the VU University Amsterdam and as a policy advisor at the Amsterdam and Amstelveen municipality, she is employed at the EMGO Institute for Health and Care Research as manager EMGO+.
