I-sleep: online CBT for insomnia (WC2014-058)

Objectives

The primary objective is to establish the effectiveness of the guided online CBT intervention I-Sleep for insomnia in comparison to care-as-usual in the general practice in reducing insomnia complaints. Secondary objectives include cost-effectiveness of the intervention. The intervention is guided by psychological wellbeing practitioners (PWPs).
