KNAW Merian Award for Prof. Dorret Boomsma

The KNAW has honoured Professor Dorret Boomsma, professor of Biological Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam / EMGO+ with the Merian Award for women in science.
The award, sponsored by SNS REAAL Fund, consists of a sum of 50,000 euros and a specially designed piece of jewelry. The award ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at the Tripp House in Amsterdam.
